Key Responsibilities:
The Estimating and Preconstruction Lead will be responsible for leading a team of estimators in preparing bids and proposals for new projects. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and vendors, analyzing project data to identify opportunities for cost savings, and developing and implementing processes to improve estimating and preconstruction efficiency.
