About This Role
As Head of Design Engineering, you'll transform sophisticated technology — from AI automation to intelligent dashboards — into intuitive experiences that busy SMB owners can immediately leverage without a learning curve. Your thoughtful interfaces won't just look beautiful. They'll empower pharmacy owners checking finances between patient consultations and auto dealers reviewing cash flow while closing sales. By joining Affiniti, you're ensuring that hardworking small business owners can focus on what matters most: serving their communities and growing their businesses.
Key Responsibilities

You will need to build responsive, performant web applications.
- Champion our users by consistently refining and enhancing our core products and experiences. Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver ongoing value to customers.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leads to translate company strategy into prioritized initiatives on the roadmap and identify key problems to address.
- Design a variety of creative assets, including websites, user interfaces, marketing, graphics, and branding materials, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual experience across all platforms.
- That said, these responsibilities are just the beginning! We encourage you to be an owner and contribute wherever you observe opportunities to grow our business that align with your skills and interests.
