Job Summary:
The Preconstruction Director will play a critical role in securing and planning successful commercial projects. This position involves overseeing the estimating and preconstruction phases of new projects, ensuring accurate cost analysis and budget profitability.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of estimators in preparing bids and proposals for new projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
- Analyze project data to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and implement processes to improve estimating and preconstruction efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
