About the Role
As Ramp continues to scale, our ability to underwrite, manage risk, and finance our growth is critical. We are seeking an exceptional product leader to own our fraud product roadmap. As part of the product team, you will define and evolve our end-to-end fraud product vision, product strategy, and execution by leading a core team of engineers and designers to build amazing products for our customers. This will require partnership and collaboration across various internal teams (especially finance and risk), a deep understanding of our customers, and the ability to deliver financial products and streamline complex business flows via a fantastic user experience.
Please note that this Product Management role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at one of our NYC or SF offices at least 2 days / week
What You'll Do
- Own Ramp's fraud product roadmap across all of our product surfaces and the entire customer lifecycle (i.e. applications, card transactions, bill pay, vendors, etc)
- Improve how Ramp evaluates and mitigates fraud risk, manages compliance requirements, and builds the infrastructure to scale to millions of businesses in the US
- Partner with legal and compliance to operationalize compliance policies and increase operational efficiency via tooling and automation
- Drive product development by working closely with engineering, design, and various customer-facing teams
- Define and establish metrics that allow insights into the success of our products
- Use data and customer feedback to constantly iterate and evolve our product offering
- Deliver industry leading products and user experiences by combining business acumen with creative product strategy
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Ramp to scale the product management function at various stages of growth
