About the Role
As a member of Ramp's R&D & Marketing Recruiting team, you will play a critical role in scaling our Product Management and Marketing functions, driving full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract and hire world-class talent.
This role will be part of the team focused on R&D and Marketing hiring, with primary responsibilities in Product Management recruiting while also contributing to other R&D functions as needed. Additionally, you will support Marketing hiring efforts, particularly in Product Marketing, a function that is deeply connected to both the Marketing and Product organizations.
This is a high-impact role where you'll shape hiring strategies, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to the overall success of Ramp's Product and Marketing organizations. You'll help define what great product and product marketing talent looks like, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless, high-touch recruiting experience.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with our leadership team and other hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of our R&D and marketing roles (Product Management & Marketing, Product Operations, Risk, etc.) and how they fit into the organization
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across the organization
- Lead the development of various recruiting strategies, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions to meet the hiring needs of each function
- Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
- Help to maintain a high bar for talent, ensuring all candidates align with Ramp's culture and business objectives
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring a seamless process from first interaction to offer close
