Job Duties to include :
- Answer phones and transfer calls to the correct personnel, take payments over the phone, schedule appointments and update customers information.
- Be professional and polite.
- Handle voicemails and emails and respond accordingly.
- Must be comfortable using a computer with two screens, retain information, have attention to detail, and be dependable.
- Candidates need to have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Need to have good time management skills.
