What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Ramsay Health Care?

The Receptionist role will see you responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families by managing enquiries, scheduling bookings, and taking payment for appointments.
You will also be responsible for the diary management of our team of Psychologists whilst keeping a tidy and presentable office environment.
This role will may also require you to work across our Southport clinic and Ramsay Health Plus Practices when needed.

On offer is an hourly base rate of $33.50 superannuation exclusive of penalties and allowances.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
