Salary: $70,400 - $88,000/year* profit sharing benefits

The Associate Director of Sales Operations will lead efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and scale within our RamseyTrusted sales operations. This role is centered around developing and empowering their direct reports, ensuring they have the support and guidance to excel. The ideal candidate will streamline our sales process, making them faster, more accurate, and cost-effective. They will also manage stakeholder requests with efficiency, ensuring organization, timely communication, and prompt follow-ups. By joining our team, this leader will play a key role in driving smoother operations, aligning teams, and fostering long-term growth.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2-4 years of experience working with or supporting a sales team.
• You have experience leading a team with up to 3 direct reports.
• You've used tools like JIRA, SalesForce, Zendesk and the Microsoft Office Suite.
