Salary: $70,400 - $88,000/year* profit sharing benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

The Associate Director of Sales Operations will help our team work more efficiently and support our growing business. This role will ensure team members have clear expectations, the right training, and the support they need to succeed. They will also improve our sales processes, making them faster, more accurate, and cost-effective. Additionally, they will manage stakeholder requests in a way that keeps things organized and ensures quick follow-ups. Bringing this person on board will help us run smoother, keep teams aligned, and support long-term growth.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2-4 years of experience working with or supporting a sales team
• You have experience leading a team with up to 3 direct reports
• You've used tools like JIRA, SalesForce, Zendesk and the Microsoft Office Suite
