Salary: $130,000–$175,000/year* profit sharing benefits
*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:
This role will partner with Platform leadership to translate business needs into actionable plans and coaching product managers with the skills and context to solve customer problems in ways that work for the business.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 5 years of current experience leading and coaching Product Managers.
- You have 7-10 years in a software engineering environment.
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and influences at all levels.
- You have the ability to galvanize your team on the vision how we do Product Management effectively.
- You follow the teachings of Marty Cagan's Empowered and Inspired books.
