Salary: $47,000-$66,000/year* profit sharing benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

You will create impactful designs that help promote Ramsey Classroom, a digital and print curriculum that equips high school students with essential financial principles. Your work will directly support a mission that transforms lives, preparing students for real-world financial success. Collaborating with marketers and copy writers, you'll craft compelling visuals for digital and print campaigns, bringing the Ramsey Education vision to life.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2-5 years of creating engaging digital and print assets utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (campaigns, landing pages, paid media, email marketing, web pages, etc.).
• You have 3 years of agency or in-house experience working with marketing teams to design successful compelling campaigns.
• You have strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality designs.
• You have the ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining creativity and precision.
• You have a creative approach to challenges, finding design solutions that align with business objectives and marketing goals, while understanding how design integrates into digital marketing strategies across campaigns, emails, social media, and ads.
• You have experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and sales, to create cohesive and effective design solutions.
• You have strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and explain design decisions.
• You have at least 1 year of experience using Figma.
• You submit a portfolio that showcases a range of design work, highlighting your ability to incorporate modern design trends, typography, and design fundamentals in a fresh and current way.
