Salary: $48,000 - $60,000/year* profit sharing benefits

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

We're on the lookout for a data driven Marketer who can meaningfully contribute to campaign execution and performance analytics for our Ramseysolutions.com website. You will play a key role in bringing our fans through the customer journey, exposing them to our products and further contributing to our mission of bringing hope to everyone in every walk of life.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2 years of generalist marketing or product marketing experience
• You have a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (i.e. E-commerce/ website marketing)
• You have familiarity with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and digital marketing fundamentals
• You are a data driven individual who can make changes according to the data presented
• You have experience working in marketing funnels

What Winning Looks Like:

• Accelerate implementation, testing, and iterative improvements for key initiatives, driving greater engagement and conversions.
• Increase Homepage Conversion Rate Build and report on ongoing A/B testing to refine messaging, design, and CTAs.
• Execute promotional/seasonal strategies to drive conversions.
• Analyze user behavior and iterate on content and layout based on data.
• Optimize Site Navigation for Better User Experience & Retention Assist in executing updates to site structure and tracking impact on user engagement.
• Collaborate with internal BU stakeholders to maintain a seamless cross-channel experience.
• Drive Entry into the Getting Started Assessment Optimize our white space tool, the GSA, to introduce new visitors to the assessment.
• Leverage email, content marketing, and coordination with social to drive awareness.
• Optimize landing pages and entry points to maximize completion rates.
• Improve Execution & Speed to Market Support Alec by taking ownership of tactical execution
• Increase velocity of testing and iteration cycles
