Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

You will create compelling designs that effectively communicate our mission to help high school students learn how money works in the real world and build a secure future. You will create engaging visuals and messaging that resonate with young learners.

You’re Probably a Match if You Have:

• 3-5 years of Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• 3 years of in house or agency experience within marketing teams designing compelling digital and print assets (i.e. landing pages, emails, & paid ads)
• Highly collaborative skillset with the ability to execute vision, ask questions, understand strategy, and ideate tactics to help achieve business objectives

What Winning Looks Like:

• Design visually compelling ads, landing pages, emails, event materials, and lead magnets
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters, and copyeditors daily to engage in brainstorming sessions, share innovative concepts, and contribute to creative solutions that support marketing objectives, while staying up to date with digital marketing trends
• Analyze performance metrics, experiment with new ideas, and iterate based on user feedback to continuously improve visual impact and stay current with digital marketing trends
