What exactly is a Ramsey Personality? If you follow anything having to do with Ramsey Solutions—whether it’s a podcast, a book or a class—the names Dave Ramsey, Rachel Cruze, Dr. John Delony or Ken Coleman are probably pretty familiar. We’re looking for a Personality to join our team who is passionate about guiding people through the ups and down of their marriage and/or parenting journey. This person should have experience and expertise as a psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), marriage and parenting counselor, or similar.
Excellent communication skills and experience in public speaking a must.
If you have this type of background, love helping people transform their relationships in a Christ centered environment, then we should chat.
