Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will support our RamseyTrusted business by acquiring and integrating hundreds of data sources from first-party product teams and third-party applications. These sources will be transformed, related, and structured within our data warehouse to enable robust analysis by our data analytics, marketing, and product teams. Your work will influence both day-to-day tactical decisions and long-term strategic direction.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 5 years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
- You possess a deep understanding of data modeling and its impact on business performance.
- You have strong coding skills for aggregating and transforming data from diverse sources.
- You are proficient in designing, building, and optimizing analytical models to support downstream BI platforms.
- You are experienced with tools and technologies like SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Python, AWS Redshift, S3, Glue, and Fivetran.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Collaborate with data analytics team members to translate business metrics into models and automated workflows
- Write code to integrate, aggregate, and prepare data for systematic and ad hoc analyses
- Partner with business leaders and technology teams to deliver data solutions that empower analysts and developers
- Directly shape how we measure key performance indicators and track user engagement with our products
- Leverage a variety of technologies and custom tools to optimize queries, enrich raw data, and enhance data accessibility
