What You’d Do in This Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Identity Access Administrator who can masterfully architect IAM frameworks, integrate applications, and lead the charge on authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth, MFA) and SSO platforms (Okta).
This isn’t just about managing systems—it’s about partnering with leadership, fostering collaboration, setting strategy, and making continuous improvements that matter, helping the team be best equipped to continue our pursuit of bringing hope to everyone in every walk of life.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 4 years of dedicated experience in identity access management.
- You have an expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth, MFA, and other authentication protocols.
- You have a deep knowledge of SSO platforms such as Ping Identity, Azure/Entra ID, IBM Identity Platform, or Okta.
- You are familiar with current identity access trends and best practices.
- You have exceptional communication skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- You have experience mentoring and coaching team members to drive growth and development.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Develop frameworks for identity access, application onboarding, and authentication processes
- Stay informed on the latest IAM trends, technologies, and methodologies to drive innovation in the IAM space
- Understand business needs at all levels and align appropriate IAM technology or processes to move initiatives forward
- Strategize effectively with leadership and business stakeholders to convey technology knowledge, risks, and best practices
- Mentor team members to enhance skills, accountability, and collaboration.
- Work on tasks strategically with the IAM team to foster growth and problem-solving within the team
- Monitor system roadmaps and maintain documentation for efficient problem solving
