Salary: $79,000- $120,000/year* profit sharing benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help elevate the user experience, strengthen our brand, and shape the product’s future. You’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic team to create high-quality, intuitive design solutions that drive growth. You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 5 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio focused on SaaS products and user-centered design.
• You are proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems for web and mobile platforms.
• You have strong background in user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• You have collaborative experience working with product managers, engineers, and other designers in an iterative, cross-functional environment.
• You have experience in maintaining and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
• You have familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to measure and optimize design impact.
