Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and makeup application services to customers.
- Maintain an organized stock of beauty products and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Utilize salon software to manage appointments and customer profiles effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales.
- Engage with customers on social media platforms to promote products and services.
- Assist in training new staff on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide informed recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or beauty environment.
- Strong skills in makeup application; cosmetology certification is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with salon software and retail math for effective inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on building rapport with customers.
