Job Title: Customer service specialist (Temp to Perm)
Location: Johnston, RI or Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid – In-office Mondays and Tuesdays)
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week | Various 1st and 2nd Shift Schedules (Includes 1 weekend day and holidays)
Job Summary
· We are seeking customer-focused and detail-oriented Contact Centre Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and solutions via phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of incoming customer calls to deliver high-quality service and solutions.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role

- Comfortable navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Computer proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 per hour
