Job Title: HP PC/Printer Field Service Technician

Location: Medford, OR (Onsite)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a customer-facing HP PC/Printer Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Medford, OR. This position involves break/fix support and hardware services for HP’s PC and printer products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS systems, and workstations. Printer repair experience is a major plus. The role requires a proactive, technically skilled, and customer-focused professional to operate in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site reactive service support for HP PC and printer products
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical hardware issues
• Configure hardware, software, and basic network components
• Educate customers on technology use and provide excellent service experience
• Work independently and prioritize multiple service tasks
• Collaborate with HP and customer teams to ensure full issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records and meet all administrative expectations
• Understand and manage the financial/business impact of support services
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and safety policies

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical training required
• College degree preferred
• Prior experience in technical/mechanical hardware repair
• Onsite customer support experience
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Must be physically able to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, holidays, and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
