- Collaborate with technical teams, users, and vendors for system integration.

- Monitor network performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 years of experience in network operations or infrastructure analysis.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and hardware/software configurations.
- Proficiency in network analysis, monitoring, and security tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical teams.
- Experience working in a multi-platform environment with 24x7 operational needs.
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP are a plus!
