Job Title: Order processor/ Admin assistant
Location: Bothell, WA (Hybrid - Remote Thursdays & Fridays)
What We’re Looking For:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer service and supply chain
· Aerospace or electronics industry experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of the supply chain process
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
· ERP system experience (Oracle highly preferred)
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Order Fulfilment
· Process customer orders via PAC ERP system, EDI, and customer portals.
· Manage spares and service part orders, certification coordination, and expedite requests.
· Collaborate with Program Management and Supply Chain teams to meet customer needs.
· Maintain order records per SOX compliance standards.
· Handle customer account discrepancies and coordinate product deliveries.
· Planning & Supplier Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
