Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Summary:
· We are seeking experienced Regulatory Compliance Analysts to join the Product Lifecycle team. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of key product documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare products and a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain product deliverables such as benefit narratives, Summary of Benefits (SOB), Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), Contracts/Agreements, and Evidence of Coverage (EOCs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
- Track progress and report on quality metrics and deliverables to management.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and compliance issues.
- Participate in planning efforts, work projections, and implementation of new or revised healthcare products.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for internal systems.
- Research and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure documentation meets internal and external compliance guidelines.
- Recommend improvements and enhancements to operational workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, regulatory compliance, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Understanding of federal and state regulations, especially as they apply to healthcare products.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering on tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Blue Shield of California benefits and processes preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $34.00 per hour
