Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, inspiring our team to uphold our standards and exceed expectations from fresh meat, cooked products and customer service.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
- Empower staff to take ownership of their roles and contribute to overall success.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and budgeting to ensure seamless functioning and optimal performance.
Job Duties:
- Cutting and maintaining fresh meat including steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc
- Making innovated fresh meat ideas including seasoned patties, fresh brats, kabobs, etc
- Aligning/facing merchandise throughout day.
- Inventory tracking on fresh meat, smoked products, in-store extras
- Maintain cleanliness/sanitation
- Food Prep for meals, lunches, etc
Skills Required:
- Positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong work ethic, enjoys a fast pace and engaging with customers
- Basic math skills
- Able to stand move around store for entire shift
Part-Time or Full-Time: Wednesday-Saturday. Hours will vary depending on schedule. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS.
Pay: $15.00-up, depending on experience.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
