Location : Springfield, IL
About Us : Springfield Homes is expanding! We are a private, long-term care facility for seniors aged 55 and older, located in a residential setting. Our home serves six residents, ensuring a 6 : 1 care ratio. Our dedicated support team, including RNs and a Geriatric Manager, provides person-centered care in a comfortable, home-like environment.
Position : We are seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Direct Support Professionals (DSP) with at least two years of experience in a facility or hospital setting.
Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality care to our residents
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best care practices
- Be open to learning new approaches for residents with memory issues or other geriatric conditions
