What You'll Do
The Life Science Business Analyst will identify, design, implement, and support data management, curation, and analytics solutions for our pharmaceutical, academic, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scientific business processes and technical platforms to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with scientific and regulatory needs.
- Analyze laboratory workflows and clinical development processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and adherence to FAIR principles.
- Perform data analysis using statistical methods and programming languages (Python, SQL, R) to derive actionable insights.
- Support master data management (MDM) initiatives by developing machine learning models to match, merge, and de-duplicate records.
- Lead system testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure accurate system documentation.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
