What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Assistant position at Rancho Mirage Real Estate?
Overview
We are seeking a polished person. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service skills and professionalism. You will be opening homes to other agents, holding open houses, attend home inspections and other in-person tasks. There may be a need for some additional tasks as well like picking up and dropping off flyers and signs. This requires no knowledge of real estate but strong work ethic. Bookings are mostly flexible to your schedule but also need to accommodate the requests for showings, which are sometimes a set day and time.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and track showing information: time, date, names, etc.
- Knowledge of the local areas
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential for compliance. (courses available)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
