POSITION SUMMARY
Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.
Duties And Responsibilities
Rancho Physical Therapy has been providing physical, occupational and industrial rehabilitation services to San Bernardino, Riverside and North San Diego Counties for over 30 years.
Rancho Physical Therapy services include all of the traditional orthopedic, sports, and industrial outpatient therapies, as well as specialized programs to address the needs of the community. Rancho Physical Therapy places a strong emphasis on home exercise programs and patient education for better long-term results. All therapies provided are coordinated with the physician, patient work place and insurance representative to maximize treatment outcomes.

POSITION SUMMARY

Duties And Responsibilities

- Ensures that all patients are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect, and their rights are protected at all times..
- Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Treat patients as directed by licensed therapist.
- Travel or float between facilities as determined by supervisor and patient needs
- Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
- Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Commitment to the company mission to consistently deliver high quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity.
- Must have current registration/licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant
