We are looking for an individual who is committed to working collaboratively with our Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. As a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our IDT to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with the Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans
- Providing direct patient care and treatment services
- Recording treatment charges and progress notes according to facility policies and procedures
- Participating in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences
- Communicating with supervisors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
