Busy Insurance office looking for Property Casualty Insurance Agent. Our office is located in Simi Valley. We are in need of experienced property and casualty licensed insurance agent to maintain, manage our existing book of clients. The job also offers some sales of new business opportunity. Our office represents several carriers. We are a mostly Mercury Insurance client based agency so prior experience with this carrier is valuable to use for training purposes.

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities :
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement qualifications :
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- 2-3 years experience preferred
