**Job Description:**

Come Join Us! We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated plant tissue culture expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience assisting in the management of a plant tissue culture laboratory. This role involves overseeing daily lab operations, guiding technicians, maintaining quality of plant cultures, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee activities within the plant tissue culture lab, ensuring efficient and effective operation.

- Monitor various types of plant tissue cultures.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols.

- Train, supervise, and mentor laboratory staff and technicians.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all laboratory activities and experiments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plant tissue culture processes.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.

- 2 to 3 years of experience assisting with and managing a plant tissue culture laboratory.

- Proficiency in plant tissue culture techniques and protocols.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in Spanish required
