What you’ll do: The Superintendent is responsible for all the field staff on a project and will make sure that projects are built according to plans and specifications. They will supervise work of carpenters, laborers and subcontractors. They are responsible, along with Project Managers for having the material, tools/equipment, information and staff requirements on the jobsite in the proper place in a timely fashion. The Superintendent handles all correspondence and forms required by the rand* office—e.g., daily reports, time sheets, safety reports, accident reports. They will monitor the work being performed, direct the subcontractors, and schedule all work according to the requirements of the project schedule.
The ideal candidate will be a visible, integral team member in our Colorado market—supporting commercial and SCIF projects in markets such as Denver, Colorado Springs, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- 8 years experience as lead superintendent on SCIF, commercial interior, retail, building renovation projects
- Experience in SCIF construction: knowledge of TEMPEST requirements.
- Expertise in secure facility construction and working knowledge of ICD/ICS 705 guidelines
- High school diploma and two years of college preferred; or equivalent years of experience required
- Proven track record of independent judgment and decision-making when faced with matters of confidential or non-routine nature
Qualified candidates will:
- Display exemplary performance in all project safety related categories
- Interface with the client and client's leadership team at the highest level on schedule, updates, and challenges while effectively communicating plans and alternative solutions
- Periodically audit jobsites during site walks to ensure standards are being met
- Assist teams with complex and specialty quality control issues
- Assist teams with pre-punch walks to identify quality trends and ensure smooth/timely punch list process
- Act as point of contact to client including FSOs and SSOs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation:
- Pay Type: Salary
- Pay Range: $80,000 to $130,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
- Other Compensation: Annual Bonus commensurate with individual performance, company performance, and experience.
