What you’ll do: The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development of interview presentations, responses to RFQs and RFPs, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities while working under multiple deadlines. The position requires writing and design skills. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating unique and professional marketing materials necessary for various types of business development and marketing requests. The ideal candidate will be a key member of our dynamic marketing team!
Responsibilities include:
- Create graphics and content for various marketing deliverables.
- Development of interview materials including presentations, interview books, and handouts.
- Preparation of materials requested for qualification packages and proposals.
- Clearly communicate with other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Producing industry award submissions.
- Updating marketing templates including resumes, project sheets, proposal materials, reference sheets, etc.
- Provide updates for external website and internal intranet.
- Coordinate photography for events, completed projects, employee headshots and stock photos for deliverables.
- Creating job site signage, business cards, brochures, newsletters, award packages, and other marketing collateral.
- Provide content for social media.
- Event planning/management for all internal and client events.
- Maintain calendar of industry organization events and assist with registrations, memberships and sponsorships.
- Maintaining our CRM with updated information.
- Support business development efforts as requests by office directors (such as research, client gifts, client entertainment)
- Maintain rand*’s corporate brand standards across all deliverables.
Qualified Candidates will possess the following:
- A four-year degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or Graphic Design from an accredited college or university is preferred, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or administrative role in a fast-paced, corporate environment (preferably in the architecture, engineering or construction industry).
- A positive attitude, and the ability to be a self-starter.
Preferred Candidates will also possess the following skills:

- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Organizational skills and a detail-oriented work ethic.
- Strong communication, writing and editing skills.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize while working on multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
