Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
Position Summary:
The EDI Analyst is responsible for providing support on various back-office systems, related to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), ERP, and WMS Systems. The position will also be the first level of support for users and systems. The person will also be responsible for documenting processes and suggesting process improvements.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide first-level support for EDI (80% of role), ERP, and WMS systems.
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining trading partner relationships, troubleshooting, and problem-solving issues related to communications, mapping, and other failures.
- Understand data transformation and information mapping, including but not limited to 211, 215, 753, 754, 810, 820, 824, 832, 846, 850, 855, 856, and 860.
- Strong Analytical, organization, and communication skills accompanied by flexibility to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Create both user, workflow, and technical documentation.
- Work with internal business units and external trading partners, as needed, to resolve issues and support the business.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with data transformation and data mapping
- EDI applications support experience a plus
- Clear and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong operational and development knowledge.
- Experience in support of Customer Service is a plus
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with TIE SmartBridge, TIE Integrator, and AS2/sFTP/FTP Protocols.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL servers considered a plus
- Experience with BlueCherry Apparel ERP Software
- Experience with Apparel Business Solutions (ABS)
- Experience in ERP and customer service in a pick-and-pack shipping environment
- Fundamental understanding of EDI transactions development and implementation methodology, strong computer and analytical skills as well as communication skills.
- Experience with Service Now (SNOW)
- Experience with Azure Development Operations (ADO)
