Randall Mechanical is currently seeking top-tier Commercial New Construction Plumbers to work on projects across Central Florida and in Palm Bay, FL. We are excited about this important role and are determined to consider

Position Summary
Our Commercial New Construction Plumbers will be responsible for the installation of pipes, support hangers
and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and
sanitation systems in industrial and commercial structures. Inspects all
plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
Essential
Functions
- Interprets blueprints and
building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and
other plumbing materials.
- Installs supports for pipes,
equipment, and fixtures prior to installation.
- Installs pipes and fixtures.
- Assembles fittings and valves
for installation.
- Modifies length of pipes,
fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed.
- Uses saws and pipe cutters as
necessary.
- Collaborates with other in-shop
trades (hvac, sheet metal, electrical, fire protection, welding) to coordinate the
installation into racking systems.
- Tests plumbing systems for
leaks and other problems.
- Analyzes problem and identifies
appropriate tools and materials for correction.
- Chooses plumbing materials
based on budget, location, and intended uses for the project.
- Follows health and safety
standards and complies with building codes,
- Perform other duties assigned by
management.

- 3-5 years of plumbing
experience on commercial construction projects.
- Must have all the tools required.
- Reliable transportation
required.
- Ability to pass drug
screen and background check.
- Ability to follow verbal and
written instructions.
- Ability to work flexible hours
including weekends to meet customer requirements.
- Ability to adhere to,
implement, and follow safety procedures at all times.
- Ability to work well with
others.
- Self-starter that can work with
little to no supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, a
positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
Physical Requirements
You must be able to lift a dead weight of at least 50
pounds and stand on your feet for several hours at a time. You must be
able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job, be able to
respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined
spaces, see and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while
carrying tools/items, work in extreme weather, and properly wear personal
protective gear.
