Randall - Electrical is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to work from our Apopka, Fl headquarters
Our rapidly expanding electrical division provides an excellent opportunity for those who wish to take their careers to the next level and capitalize on their earning potential. Local candidates only, please.
Our focus is on : Heavy Commercial, Industrial / Manufacturing & Multi-Residential construction projects to include renovations, tenant build outs, and ground up construction.
Qualifications / Description :
- Minimum 15 years combined experience in : Multi-Residential / Commercial & Industrial / Manufacturing Electrical Estimating
- Minimum 5 years in electrical field experience.
- Knowledge in McCormick Estimating preferred, but not required.
- Well versed in NEC Requirements.
- Work Hand in Hand with the Vice President of Operations & the Principal / License Holder.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
- Capable Computer skills to include email use, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Accubid and File organization.
- Experienced in Design Build Design Assist and Layout of electrical systems.
- Educated in the materials, means and methods of Commercial, Multi-Residential & Industrial / Manufacturing Installations.
- Strong Communication Skills and Leadership Qualities
- Time conscious (can be on time and efficient).
- Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and teamwork.
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety procedures.
- Ability to work well with others.
Physical Requirements
This is primarily an office position and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job.
