Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Randall Residence, a leading senior living community. The primary purpose of this position is to provide hands-on care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Bathing & Grooming Assistance
- Resident Transfers
- Taking Vital Signs
- Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
- Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested
As a Caregiver Assistant, you will work closely with our Wellness Nurse to ensure the best possible care for our residents. You will also contribute to creating an enriching and remarkable senior living experience by building relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
- Desire to work with seniors
- Prior experience preferred
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
