Randall Residence at Gateway Park is looking for a Leasing Counselor who is genuine, with an unrelenting ability to generate, convert, and close a high percentage of qualified leads through authentic relationships and influential events. - Maintain up-to-date records of all communication with prospective customers in CRM
- Build positive and trusting relationships with prospects through:
- Listening to the needs of the prospect
- Asking questions to acquire more information about the prospect's situation and concerns
- Present the benefits of the Community to the prospect and how their needs will be met
- Introduce prospects and their families to other employees, residents, and families; provide opportunities for them to experience the benefits of the Community
- Follow-up with prospects regularly, based on their needs and time frame
- Guide the prospect to make a decision that best meets their needs
- Follow-up with the resident and the family after the move-in to ensure a positive experience
- Schedule and perform quality tours of the building to create a personalized experience showing the value of the community and its amenities.
- Home Visits to prospective residents as needed
- Maintain or exceed budgeted census
- Assist with implementation of an effective marketing plan that includes:
- Visiting with referral sources as needed
- Hosting events at the Community for qualified prospects and referral sources
- Seek and build positive relationships with the surrounding community, particularly referral sources.
- Join community groups and attend meetings to build good will in the surrounding area; educate members about the Community, and develop positive relationships.
- Attend seminars, read books and publications, and participate in any company training for marketing and sales.
