The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional, holistic nursing care to our residents. This includes:
- Leading licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care and support functions.

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must possess:
- A current and active LPN license in Illinois.
- A minimum of one year's experience in the assisted living industry or healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and standards for older adults.
