What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRN Resident Care Aide (1st, 2nd & 3rd) position at Randall Residence?
We are currently looking for Resident Care Aides to join our team at Governor's Pointe as PRN! We are smaller, family owned community, looking for our next remarkable team member!
The Position: PRN available for all shifts!

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- High School Diploma
- 1 Year Prior Experience Working in Assisted Living (preferred, not required)
- Willing to work a flexible schedule (including every other weekend)
- Desire to work with seniors
- Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity.
- Prior experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this position is to actively provide hands-on care, document daily resident care, condition, and work directly with the Wellness Nurse to ensure the best possible care.
