Time to join a new team! Randall Residence at Hobbs Station, a brand new Senior Living community is seeking servers/dietary aide. We are set to open in Winter 2025 and are looking for our next best team members to help open this community for seniors!

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

We are a strong stable work group and are looking for an additional individual who has the ability to continually adjust to change, drive to make a difference, and desire to improve. The primary purpose of this position is to provide quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food to residents and guest ensuring that quality standards for food and service are being delivered to the table. This position reports to the Dining Services Director.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Desire to work with seniors
• Must possess a team spirit, good character, and personal integrity
• Three to six (3-6) months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding of proper sanitation and cleaning methods
• Knowledge of state food-handling and kitchen regulations (preferred)
