Randall's Restaurant is looking for an experienced fine-dining Bartender / Mixologist to join our high-volume bar on weekends.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and create exceptional beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve all menu courses.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an outstanding guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Ability and desire to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
