We are a small but fast-paced litigation law firm looking for a highly organized Office/Legal Assistant to manage office operations, handle potential new client (PNC) inquiries, and assist with light paralegal duties. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to support a busy legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Intake & Sales Support:
- Handle incoming calls from potential new clients, gather key case details, and present details to attorneys.
- Provide information about the firm’s services and schedule consultations.
- Follow up with leads and track intake progress.
- Office Management & Administrative Support:
- Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies and managing vendors.
- Answer phones.
- Legal Assistance & Light Paralegal Duties:
- Draft and proofread legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Additional paralegal tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience is less important than attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
- Sales or client intake experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Candidate must be currently living in Las Vegas.
