We are a general dentistry office with specialty services providing comprehensive care to our patients.
We are seeking a growth oriented individual who is adept at managing a team of doctors, assistants and front desk. Must be goal oriented and understand practice numbers. Office managerial experience is a must.
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Manage patient scheduling to meet daily monthly revenue goals, billing processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
A driven, self motivated people person may be a good match. Prior experience in sales could be considered a plus.
