What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infrastructure Services Specialist position at Randolph County Government?
Performs intermediate skilled technical work configuring, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting workstations, equipment, hardware, phones, software, network and peripherals, providing technical support and training to users, installing and upgrading information systems, preparing and maintaining files and records, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Infrastructure Services Manager.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Associates/Technical degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and three to five years experience in computer science, information technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
