Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans. This role requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes through effective management of various health conditions.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Perform procedures such as Botulinum toxin treatment and tube feeding as required.
  • Provide triage services to prioritize patient care effectively.
  • Manage home care services, ensuring patients receive appropriate support in their living environments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs for patients.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, family planning, and medical-surgical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in nursing practices and healthcare systems.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in performing medical procedures relevant to the role, including triage and DME management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in patient care.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
