Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform procedures such as Botulinum toxin treatment and tube feeding as required.
- Provide triage services to prioritize patient care effectively.
- Manage home care services, ensuring patients receive appropriate support in their living environments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs for patients.
- Educate patients and families on health management, family planning, and medical-surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in nursing practices and healthcare systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in performing medical procedures relevant to the role, including triage and DME management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
