Description
We are seeking dedicated and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) teachers to join our school district's innovative program aimed at providing English language instruction to parents of Multilingual learners. You will be responsible for facilitating engaging and interactive classes to support the language development of adult learners using an ESL curriculum. We are looking for teachers for both morning and evening classes.
Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Location: Randolph High School
Duties
Plan and deliver well-structured online ESL lessons for parents of multilingual learners in our school district
Utilize appropriate instructional materials and resources to promote language acquisition, including interactive activities, multimedia content, and real-life scenarios
Adapt teaching strategies and materials to meet the diverse needs and proficiency levels of adult learners
Assess and monitor the progress of participants through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Encourage active participation and create a supportive and inclusive learning environment to foster confidence and motivation among adult learners
Collaborate with other ESL teachers and administrators to align curriculum and share best practices
Salary : $40
