Required Skills

Responsibilities

• 5 years of proven administration experience of Enterprise Content such as Documentum, FileNet, Hyland Nuxeo, or other comparable modern content management platforms.
• Ability to serve as a rotational team on-call resource in support of the organization's service delivery model.
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to perform ECM upgrades and migrations.
• Demonstrable ability to install and configure Documentum components and services efficiently and effectively.
• You can fix and diagnose issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Your ability to build and use shell scripts effectively in the automation of systems tasks.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions for Enterprise Content Management.
  
  

Skills

• RDMS knowledge is a plus.
• Nuxeo experience or knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in working in an agile environment.
• You are able and willing to work in a highly matrixed environment.
• You have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply systems administration methodologies, solve, standard processes, and trends.
• Analyzing issues and opportunities that help improve ECM solutions and services.
