As a Data Center Technician at Randstad Digital Americas, you will be responsible for the daily management of state-of-the-art data center operations throughout the United States. This includes rack and stacking enterprise-class technology, running and testing copper and fiber cables, and commissioning and decommissioning hardware as needed.
Required Skills
- Hands-on expertise in midrange systems from leading manufacturers, including IBM, HP, Oracle, and Dell.
- Strong understanding of data center processes and design principles.
- Experience managing fiber and copper in a data center environment.
You will also possess exceptional troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, with the ability to document complex problem resolution summaries and repetitive tasks interfaces through an online ticketing system.
