- Organize and facilitate sprint planning sessions, ensuring clear understanding of tasks and objectives.
- Break down user stories and tasks to manageable units for team execution.
- Track sprint progress through appropriate tools, providing visibility to stakeholders.
- Ensure each sprint delivers concrete results critical for MVP 1 and subsequent MVP releases.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve obstacles that may impede the team's progress.
- Promote adherence to agile principles, practices, and ceremonies.
- Manage work flow efficiently, ensuring the team remains focused and productive.
- Monitor and ensure that project deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and continuous improvement team environment.

- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
