Ability to create PowerPoint presentations of the process strongly preferred. This temporary role, ending in December 2025, is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in cybersecurity documentation, regulatory compliance, and security frameworks. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, to create clear, structured, and visually effective documentation.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain security accreditation documentation, runbooks, SOPs, training documentation, and policies for Marriott's Global Information Security (GIS) Architecture team.
- Collaborate with security engineers, compliance teams, and leadership to document security controls, the security accreditation process, and training materials.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging security presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to format and manage security documentation, track compliance metrics, and streamline reporting.
- Maintain version control and ensure documentation remains up-to-date, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Foster strong working relationships with team members, ensuring clear and effective communication across departments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support Marriott's global security compliance initiatives and regulatory obligations.
- Provide guidance on documentation best practices and contribute to process improvements within the security accreditation function.
- Proven experience in technical writing within cybersecurity, compliance, or IT security accreditation.
- Experience creating documentation for security controls, processes, risk assessments, and training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, for documentation, reporting, and presentations. Experience with ServiceNow helpful.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and translate processes and technical information into user-friendly documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members, ensuring alignment on documentation needs.
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). ServiceNow, SharePoint, and DevSecOps methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or related experience is preferred.
- Experience working with enterprise security compliance programs.
- Knowledge of security and compliance processes or experience in hospitality cybersecurity desirable.
- Previous consulting experience in a large-scale, fast-paced, global security environment.
